Your belief systems and your self concept make you who you are

  • Accept yourself as you are, but you can improve yourself
  • Decide what is important to you.. .values, goals and purpose in life
  • Don’t be afraid to take risks.. .go for it
  • Don’t live your life for someone else
  • Don’t be what others want you to be, unless you want it too.
  • Love yourself, then the Golden Rule is easy
  • Be positive in all things
  • You are what you think (every thought or idea causes a physical reaction)
  • Focus on your strengths
  • Practice being assertive
  • Don’t try to impress others.. .you don’t need their approval
  • Hatred eats you up . . .let it go
  • Not everyone likes you . . .so what?
  • Wallow in your successes and learn from your mistakes
  • Set goals, but not beyond your reach
  • Don’t blame others for your misfortunes. Decisions and choices are yours to make
  • There is no reality outside of your own mind, your belief system is your reality
 If you follow these guidelines, you will he a happier you, YOU will he more assertive, you, wilI be more successful, you will be the person you want to be. It is never to late to start heing YOU.
