Your belief systems
and your self concept make you who you are
- Accept yourself
as you are, but you can improve yourself
- Decide what
is important to you.. .values, goals and purpose in life
- Don’t be afraid
to take risks.. .go for it
- Don’t live your
life for someone else
- Don’t be what
others want you to be, unless you want it too.
- Love yourself,
then the Golden Rule is easy
- Be positive
in all things
- You are what
you think (every thought or idea causes a physical reaction)
- Focus on your
strengths
- Practice being
assertive
- Don’t try to
impress others.. .you don’t need their approval
- Hatred eats
you up . . .let it go
- Not everyone
likes you . . .so what?
- Wallow in your
successes and learn from your mistakes
- Set goals, but
not beyond your reach
- Don’t blame
others for your misfortunes. Decisions and choices are yours to make
- There is no
reality outside of your own mind, your belief system is your reality
If you follow
these guidelines, you will he a happier you, YOU will he more assertive,
you, wilI be more successful, you will be the person you want to be. It
is never to late to start heing YOU.
